Philabundance Community Kitchen (PCK), an adult vocational training program for low-income adults, seeks prospective students for its next class, beginning August 22, 2022.
The 16-week program provides nearly 560 hours of culinary arts training and also offers exposure to guest chefs, catering opportunities, off-site internships and job placement services.
To apply, prospective students must attend an Open House where they will have the opportunity to hear what PCK has to offer to individuals looking for a second chance in life or a career in the culinary industry.

Duckrey Committee member organization, Heritage Homeowners Association, is co-hosting "Let's Talk Philly: Improving Air Quality by Planting Trees" with Tree Philly, Amos Playground, Philadelphia Foundation, John S and James L Knight Foundation, and the Wagner Free Institute of Science.
