If your child has their shoulder pads and helmet they need to wear them tomorrow! If they do not they can still come to practice! Please get those as soon as possible!

Must have MOUTH PIECE AND CHIN STRAP

SHOULDER PADS MUST BE COVERED BY A PRACTICE JERSEY!

Please make sure your child comes by the table to sign in! If your child has not registered they CANNOT practice.

You must have something over the shoulder pads!
