So much going on in the house that we have been slow to post, but Steering officially held its first meeting on the 5th where proposals for an ice maker and new plants for the patio were approved! we came we saw we conquered (and redeemed ourselves in one case). After a skipped year due to the rain STOUFFER OUTDOORS RETURNED! A group of First Year students moved in early to traverse the waters and enjoy nature with the Stouffer RAs and some of the senior team. We are forever bonded through oars dirt and bugs. May this year bring as many smiles to the rest of the Stoufferites as are pictured here 🥰🌳🌞🌊🛶

A huge thanks to our RAs Michael and Arnav for taking our residents to DC! From the African American Museum to the Spy Museum, these Stoufferites were able to explore, learn, and discover what our capital has to offer 🤍

Our wonderful RA Michael made us this very delicious brunch with bagels, turkey bacon, patties, eggs with cheese, and dumplings! This man is a feat of genius 🙌

Happy Valentine’s Day Stoufferites! Thanks to House Manager Maria and Resident Hudah, we had a fun time covering pretzels and strawberries in yummy yummy chocolate! What better way to celebrate our love for one another with all of this deliciousness?

Happy Palentine’s Day Stoufferites! We kicked back the 13th (the official Palentine’s day of course). We started love right with Legally Blonde while munching on some Green Eggs Cafe’s french toast, egg sandwiches and fruit. And big shout to Education Commons for donating these wonderful heart plushies that were so cute and comfy to make!

We are reaching out as our Annual Dutch Auction is coming up. As some of you may know, Stouffer College House annually hosts an auction in memory of Melissa Sengbusch. All proceeds from this fundraising event go to a scholarship in their name. If you are interested in donating or assisting in some way, we would greatly appreciate it. If anyone would like to attend, our plan is to host the Dutch Auction at Mayer Hall in the Playroom and Seminar Room on Saturday, March 25th from Noon-1:30pm.

Thank you to our former faculty associate, Dr. Marta Rivas-Olmeda, for an enriching evening of history, song, and dance in honor of Black History Month. We enjoyed El Taco and Sweet Ninas to highlight the foods from across both cultures. We left full in our spirits and stomachs ❤️

What a great way to bring an end to Chinese Lunar New Year than an amazing closing ceremony! Thanks to GA Tanya, our resident Deidre, and our faculty fellow Professor Chaojun for hosting this celebration with catering from Dim-Sum!
