ππΌ Joining me to unpack these topics and much more is Dr. Philip Gehrman, Professor of psychology in the department of psychiatry of the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine.
π΄ He directs the Sleep, Neurobiology and Psychopathology lab at Penn where he studies insomnia and the links between sleep and mental health. Dr. Gehrmanβs clinical specialization is on the delivery of cognitive behavioral treatments for sleep disorders.
