Several weeks ago we reached a tentative agreement on a new contract with our Union, which represents all members of our staff who are not in supervisory or administrative roles. Yesterday the Union ratified the contract. Thank you to Ms. Kimberly Coughlin (President), Ms. Emily Parico (Vice President) and the negotiations team for the ongoing collaboration and focus on making Northwood Academy a great place to work and learn!
