We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to our guest educator Ms. Darlin Taylor for taking the time to share her expertise in the art of lash lifting. Having been in the industry for many years, we’ve witnessed this service evolve from traditional perming techniques to the advanced lifting methods used today.

The beauty industry continues to inspire us with its innovation and growth, and it is especially rewarding to see our graduates return with increased confidence, skill, and experience. Their willingness to give back by educating our current students helps pave the way for the next generation and serves as a powerful source of inspiration.

Our students put tremendous effort into their final project—an artistic and engaging way to conclude the class. While some challenges may feel overwhelming at first and a few students may hesitate, they always rise to the occasion. In the end, they gain invaluable skills and truly reap the benefits of their hard work.

We would like to extend a heartfelt congratulations to one of our accomplished graduates, .nails. Chelsea first completed our Esthetics program a few years ago, then returned to further her education in our Nail Technology program. Her passion for the industry has been so inspiring that she is now considering returning once more to pursue her Teacher’s certification.

The dedication, drive, and commitment our students demonstrate are truly remarkable. Many of them return to expand their skill set through additional programs, and that speaks volumes about the education and environment we strive to provide. We are incredibly proud, and our success would not be possible without the outstanding students who continue to push themselves and represent our institution with excellence.

Over-exfoliating might seem like a shortcut to glowing skin—but it often leads to more harm than help. Too much exfoliation weakens the skin’s natural barrier, causing redness, dryness, and increased sensitivity.

At QBI, our Esthetics students learn how to educate clients on creating effective, gentle routines. Limiting exfoliation to 2–3 times a week helps maintain balance and long-term skin health.
