Alumni Highlight: Kaleb Davis, Class of 2022
Kaleb thinks back fondly to how caring the CPS staff was and how they never left anyone out and treated everyone equally. He liked music with Ms. Nardone, art with Ms. Knox and PE with Mr. Sidel, and he appreciated all the space in the new building.
Kaleb brought the Three C’s with him to Hill Freedman World Academy, where he is now a sophomore. He likes the small environment at his current school, and also plays football for MLK.
Kaleb would like to play college football as he grows and gets better at the sport. Kaleb is still connected with classmates from CPS, and plans to stay connected with the school.

This year’s Reading Olympics was so much fun! Last week, our third, fourth, and fifth graders took part in a friendly and exciting competition that gave them the chance to showcase their reading skills, teamwork, and love of learning.
It was wonderful to see our students so engaged as they answered questions, cheered one another on, and celebrated the books they had worked so hard to read. We are so proud of their enthusiasm, effort, and the confidence they brought to this special event.

Moms and Muffins was filled with joy, love, and connection at CPS. 💐💛
Our mothers and mother figures joined us for Community Meeting and shared special moments across the school through activities like third graders sharing sweet words to describe their moms and fifth graders taking part in a flower pot planting activity together.
As we celebrate 20 years of CPS, moments like these remind us of the love, partnership, and community that make our school so special.
