Our Annual Provost's Teaching Academy is underway! This summer, we have 20 dedicated faculty members who study topics such as human learning and adult development, integrated course design and assessment, and teaching methods that promote engagement and collaboration. PTA members are a diverse, interdisciplinary group of faculty members and academic administrators who support excellent teaching at Temple in various ways! We're excited to spend the summer with them, learning and growing!

Last week, a final screening for Producing and Directing and Genres of Media Production: Children's Television was held in Annenberg Hall! These screenings included multiple episodes about Merpit, Coco, Lulu, Lump, and Scrunch the puppets, all created in the Loretta C. Duckworth Scholar Studios Makerspace! Scroll through to see the students who worked to create these short videos!

Applications are still open through next week for the Makerspace Grant, which provides faculty support to help integrate Makerspace tools into course design. This can be in the way of content delivery and/or creating assignments that encourage students to interact with the Makerspace and the tools available to them.
