Supports the learning center environment.
Helps with appropriate daily activities for children.
Establishes and maintains a safe and healthy nurturing environment for children.
Supervises children for safety.
Arranges classroom daily.
Keeps the learning environment clean and orderly by picking up learning materials, wiping tables and chairs, etc.
Attends staff meetings, school programs, and in-service trainings.
Keep up with your staff portfolio.

We are looking for an organized, approachable lead teacher to join our team. The lead teacher's responsibilities include formulating and implementing curricula to meet the basic and educational needs of toddlers and infants.
In this position, you will also be required to supervise teaching staff, track and report on students' progress, and ensure that classes remain safe and conducive to learning.
To ensure success as a lead teacher, you should be compassionate and able to work well under pressure.

Mentoring coworkers to ensure that the classroom is running smoothly.
Adhering to appropriate legal and educational guidelines to maintain children' well-being.
Establishing relationships with each family to ensure that their childrens' needs are met.
Leading parent/teacher meetings.
Organizing and engaging in occasional team-building activities.
Maintaining your clearances and portfolio

Hours are 8AM-6PM with a paid 1 hour lunch break.
Must be able to use Bright Wheel app to maintain communication with Families and update activity logs.
