🩵 SENIOR SHOUTOUT 🩵

Last but certainly not least, we have senior Leyla Marusa! Leyla joined Reflections her freshman year and served as president this school year! Throughout her time she has made a diligent effort to make sure every member is included and always has severed as a welcoming face. We will miss her precise technique and insane musicality skills. Leyla plans on working at the Mann Center for Performing Arts as the Campus Production Assistant after graduation. We are so proud of her and we can't wait to see everything she accomplishes!

🪩 Favorite Piece: In These Shoes (Fall 2024)

🪩 Favorite Memory: Sobbing with Lucy after showcase last spring. Made me really realize how special this community and the friends I've made are!! They're never getting rid of me!

🪩 Favorite Piece She's Choreographed: All of them with my whole heart!! Maybe Cowgirl's Lament (Spring 2024), Headlock (Spring 2025), or Telephone (Fall 2024)

Next up we have Lucy Martin!! Lucy joined reflections their freshman year and served this year as vice president. Lucy is always unapologetically themself and their movement quality is something we will never forget. Lucy plans on working in pharmacy at UPenn while they study for their MCAT at the end of the year. We are so proud of them and we can't wait to see all the amazing things they accomplish!

Our next Senior is Abbey! Abbey joined RDC her freshman year and has been a true joy ever since. She has choreographed many pieces and her smile and positivity lights up the room! After graduation she plans to teach elementary special education in the School District of Philadelphia! We are so proud of her and we can't wait to see everything she does!

Sydney joined reflections her freshman year and since then she's choreographed and performed in many pieces. Her bubbly personality and her show stopping turns make her a wonderful addition to our RDC family! Sydney has plans to keep teaching and performing after graduation! We are endlessly proud of her and we can't wait to see everything she does! 🫶
