Since 1983, the USTC's Red Tiger Tkd has been a leader in ITF Style Taekwon-do in Philadelphia and the surrounding area. Red Tiger offers discounted programs, no contractual agreements and a flexible schedule. Certified and knowledgeable staff provide professional and knowledgeable training for members of all ages, sex and abilities. Taekwon-do offers a wide array of physical and mental benefits. It is an activity that improves fitness, develops confidence, builds self esteem and promotes peace and unity. Our martial arts instruction is in ITF (International Taekwon-do Federation) style, and focuses on a well rounded curriculum of traditional patterns (tul), self defense, sparring, breaking and discipline. In addition to martial arts, we also offer classes in Cardio-Kick (aerobic kickboxing) and H.I.I.T. (high intensity interval training) as well as private instruction.
