5/5/2026 - WPH 52 Stated Meeting
Unique circumstances allowed our lodge to host our May stated meeting in our Masonic Temple’s Wanamaker Hall. Thank you to the temple staff and team to help us make this happen. It is to our knowledge that we are the first and only lodge to ever meet in this room for an official stated meeting.
It is most fitting considering that a majority of our members are or were organ builder staff at the Wanamaker pipe organ nearby. We are delighted to carry on Bro. John Wanamaker’s memory in this room named after him.
We must also point out that it is our brother JW, Bill Rhoda’s first time serving in the East! Due to personal conflicts, our WM and SW were not able to make it. But bro. Bill did an excellent job conducting our lodge!

4/19 - Masonic Gun Range Day!
Thank you all for an excellent trip to the gun range! We had the whole gun range to ourselves, after hours, thanks to our brother Tony. We had 15 attendees (some not pictured) along with a wide assortment of awesome and interesting guns! The evening ended with some delicious pizza and great laughs.
Another thank you to the beginners who picked up instructions and were wonderful to teach!
Looking forward to future gun range trips!

Rituals of the World
By: Andrew Guthrie, FC (WPH 52)
A thought provoking presentation from a new member of WPH 52, Andrew Guthrie, FC, who provided an incredibly interesting presentation about the core parts of rituals around the world. Our discussions also expand to why societies need ritual ceremonies in all corners of the world, including even our modern world like sports and games.
Thank you Andrew for your presentation!

Presentation: *The Craft of Natural Gas*
By: Bro. Mike Welch, WM
Thank you all for an extraordinary stated meeting this month, where we were able to work together to avoid members from being suspended. We are also excited at as the beginning of a few new things, like our segment where we share “good news” from each of our brethern on something special that has happened recently, as well as a new committee of alternate income, to find ways to raise money for the lodge, including handmade things crafted by our members.
All followed by an excellent presentation about the history of American Natural Gas infrastructure, common materials, common failures, and what to do before you DIG! (Call 811)

3/8/2026 - WPH 52 volunteering for Home cooked heroes
Gift of Life - Howie’s house
Members and guests of WPH 52 stepped up to volunteer and prepared a unique meal for approximately 50 people at Howie’s house. Gift of life houses many who are about to give or receive organ transplants and it’s our honor to bring a special home-made meal to them and be a part of their recovery process!
The Menu:
Appetizer: Cheese puffs, croissants, widely assorted Salad Bar (with apples slices, dried cranberries, feta cheese, turtle chip croutons, dressing etc.)
Main course: Chicken Curry, rice, and Ratatouille
Dessert: ice cream, blueberry clafoutis custard, apple crumble
We didn’t expect the salad bar to be so popular! Nearly every person eating dinner asked to have our salad and special toppings. We’ll be sure to expand on it next time. Our members always strive for a unique home cooked meal! Thank you to those who helped us cook, prep, and serve!
Can’t wait to be back!

Thank you to all of our visitors and guests online who came to see this month’s craftsmen presentation. This month by bro.
