Our Story

Something to Grow On is a Keystone STAR 3 high quality childcare program. We have been providing quality programming for approximately 24 years. We offer the free PHLpreK program through the Mayor’s Office of Education.

The program offers activities to help your child gain confidence and knowledge to become prepared for the kindergarten and beyond.

We use the Creative Curriculum, which is literacy-based. Children learn through “studies” that teach through all of the domains: literacy, mathematics, science and technology, social and emotional, and cognition.

All lead teachers hold Masters degrees in education; with years of experience in early childhood education.
