Today is the first day of the Jewish festival. For the next eight nights and days, the Festival of Lights will take place. The festival is observed by lighting the candles of a candelabrum with nine branches, called a menorah.

It is with great sadness that we share the death of our brother, Adeline Fagan ā14. Adeline was initiated into PSP at St. Joeās in 2011, she graduated from undergrad at SJU in 2014 and went on to graduate from medical school at SUNY. Adeline was in her second year of residency in Houston as an OB-GYN. She had been fighting for her life against COVID-19 since early July, but sadly passed on September 19, at 28 years old. Her colleges describe Adeline as having an āamazingly positive attitude and infectious smileā and being ā a bright spot in an often-dark world, exuberantly joyful, humble, troubled by the woes of others, and determined to leave this world a better placeā. As a brotherhood, a family, we extend our greatest condolences to Adelineās loved ones during this time, she will truly be missed by so many. If you would like to make a donation to the Fagan family, you can follow the link in our bio.
