PARC-Pa Welcome to PARC providing, education and sharing advocacy and resources and support to all As a parent of three children with IEPs, I get it!

None of us make it through the special education journey without help--a lot of help! PARC-PA also known (to some) as Parents EmpowerED. Our goal is not to do all of this for you (although we do offer that at a higher fee), our true goal and intention is to empower parents. You are your child's best advocate, but only if you know enough to do that from many angles. We work with all Early Intervention students, and school aged students. We can be especially valuable if you have some concerns about the implementation of your child's program, concerned about services, are in a disagreement with the school or other setting. We are very useful during your team meetings, and will help you get through all of them. Transitions are an especially challenging and stressful time for parents...WE GOT YOU! We serve ALL counties in Pennsylvania and have also bridged to some other states, however, we only do so on a case by case basis. Visit the blog page for pricing.
