High protein and the perfect post workout meal. Savory, spicy, soft, crunchy, a little sweet…it slaps 😋

Sometimes this journey is about sacrifices. Sometimes it’s about being so in tune with your body that you know ways to tweak things that don’t serve you.
💎 movie theater popcorn kills my stomach these days so I took my own
💎 movie theater candy always tastes stale to me so I took a protein bar that I love
💎 I’m a french fry girl but Shake Shack fries just don’t do it for me so I opted for extra protein with the nuggets
💎 I will never mind skipping out on a bun to save calories on a burger. Give me the beef and toppings!
💎 Coke Zero for the win ALWAYS
This is how I navigated family time without feeling like crap and you know what? I felt great that night and really proud of myself. I know it’s cause of the choices I made without completely sacrificing the outing ✌🏼

I know this can be challenging. Here are a few things to keep in mind….
🍬 Be intentional about what candy you really enjoy. Don’t eat it just cause it’s there.
🍬 Don’t hover around the bowl. Take what you want and walk away.
🍬 Set a time limit of how long you’ll keep the excess in your house.
🍬 Get rid of the things that are gross to you and make you feel icky.
🍬 Remember these are pre-portioned treats and totally workable into your day as long as you have a plan for them and track it.

Repurposed some leftover ground beef from tacos last night to make a Taco Baked Potato!

🌶️ Salsa mixed with Greek yogurt
🧅 Green onions
This was so good and so easy to make! Definitely putting this in the rotation 😋
