Mission: to improve the quality of life for Hospice home patients at the Sacred Heart Home and other
The executive board gathers the wishes from the hospice home and organizes all the details to insure the wish comes true. Members of the club accompany the hospice patients on the wish. In the past, members have taken patients to Philly's games, the zoo, the aquarium, or simply a meal out.

Fulfilled Linda's wish this week! Linda wanted a gift card to Buca di Beppo to celebrate her daughter's graduation from college. We provided her with a gift card and a graduation-themed picture frame. I was told by Linda to pass on the thanks to the rest of Shooting Stars for making this happen. I personally want to thank everyone who has participated and helped me in expanding this wonderful student organization. -Kim
