Please join us in congratulating Pat Turner of Med-Tex Services on his promotion to Deputy Chief with the Philadelphia Fire Department. Pat has been with Med-Tex since 2003, gaining experience in every role across the industries we serve. He is also a valued instructor and one of our most senior technicians. In addition to his work at Med-Tex, Pat serves as a HazMat Specialist with FEMA US&R, PA Task Force #1.

As if that wasn't impressive enough, Pat is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and served as a Captain in the U.S. Marine Corps before joining the Philadelphia Fire Department.

We are incredibly proud of his achievements and wish him the best as he continues to grow in his career. Congratulations, Pat—great job!

Congratulations to these fine folks for stepping up before the holiday to earn a special card under the tree. Everyone passed Level 1 & 2 and will now go on to do great things for the safety and rope access community. We are missing one person from the photo (Patrick) who had to leave after he passed so he could be with his wife for the birth of their baby???? We’ll know more later.

A special congratulations to MedTex’s own Katherine for obtaining Level 1 and Tom for leveling up for 2. Outstanding work and we look forward to their skills in the field.
