Ida Keeling, the legendary Black sprinter, showed the world that age is just a number when she ran the 100-meter race in Vancouver at over 100 years old. She proved that strength, resilience, and joy don’t fade with time, they grow louder. Her story continues to inspire generations to keep moving forward, no matter their age. She passed away on August 28, 2021 at the age of 106. 🕊️
