Hello, my name is Sierra Gale. I have been practicing yoga since I was young, however I never took the steps to get certified. Currently I am taking at 200 YTT course and will be completing it and teaching very soon. Stick around for a class schedule 📅
I hope to inspire people to take care of themselves deeper by sharing my yoga teachings. I hope to help students remember that their body is a temple 🛕 to cleanse and nourish through practice and yogic principles. 🙏
