📢 NSOAI Summer Internship Opportunity!
Join our team as an intern and help shape an unforgettable experience for incoming Quakers during New Student Orientation (NSO) and Second-Year Orientation (SYO)!
This is an in-person position from June through August, with an expected workload of 20–35 hours/week in June and July. Additional evening and weekend hours will be required in August, especially leading up to and during NSO. Interns earn $24/hour and receive an overtime rate of 1.5x for all hours worked over 40 per week. While summer housing is not provided, College House residents receive free early move-in.

PHINS (Peers Helping Integrate New Students) are New Student Orientation leaders who volunteer to support incoming First-Year, Transfer, First-Generation and/or Limited-Income (FGLI), International, Exchange, and Second-Year Penn undergraduate students as they transition to life at Penn.
We’re looking for enthusiastic Penn undergraduates (Class of 2026, Class of 2027, and Class of 2028) to become PHINS Orientation Leaders and help welcome new students during New Student Orientation (NSO) and Second-Year Orientation (SYO) this summer!
✨As a PHINS leader, you’ll enjoy perks like free early move-in to College Houses, free meals during NSO, and the chance to take part in exciting NSO events, including An Evening at the Philadelphia Museum of Art!

Welcome back to campus, Quakers!
Penn Mentor Meals Program is BACK and open for 2025 Spring Semester! You may now book reservations beginning on Tuesday, January 21.
All members of the Penn community, please join us to initiate a meal between students (undergraduates & graduates) and mentors (i.e. current or past professors, teaching assistants, advisors, RAs, PHINS, Peer Advisors, and members of Penn’s professional staff) free of charge.
Lunch is served at University Club at the Inn at Penn. We are only accepting reservations from 11:30am to 2:00pm for lunch Mondays through Thursdays. Dinners at dinning cafes across campus are available by request only.

While new students connected with their fellow Quakers, parents and families had the chance to explore Penn’s latest art exhibitions and enjoy a delightful dessert reception. They mingled with Penn staff and PHINS orientation leaders at one of the world’s top venues for contemporary art and culture. 🎨🍰
It was a night to remember, filled with art, conversation, and community!
