New resource posted in TPT! Are you teaching The Hunger Games? If the answer is yes, then this one is for you-a completed novel study packet. Currently it is in pdf form, printable only. Digital coming soon!

It's Tech Tip Tuesday!
Do you have resources that you simply need to differentiate for ELLs? There are a lot of resources where you can put in an original text and have it translated to other languages.
Google Docs: Under Tools, simply click translate document, choose a language, and the program will create a duplicate Doc in another language for you!
Chat GPT: Not only can this translate text into other languages, but you can ask the program to adjust reading levels or even add questions!
Diffit: This is no longer free, but has been a great tool to adjust reading levels, translate and even create additional worksheets to go with the text!
Magic School AI: More to come on this gem, but it can also adapt those original texts for you!
BONUS! Teaching a whole novel? No sweat. I either find a pdf or a Doc that I can copy and paste into these programs, one chapter at a time to translate and create resources.

This program is currently free to use (but it looks like maybe not for much longer!) I have used this to differentiate texts and to translate texts into other languages to support my ELLs. It's not always perfect (I edit their edits often) but it gets me further along than doing it manually. The best part is you can have it make resources that go directly into your Google Drive (which you can also edit).
