Excited and blessed to announce my soon-to-be released book, Battles To Beacons — published by Maison-Vero Publishing.

Battles To Beacons will take readers on a powerful journey through trials, trauma, faith, healing, and hope — revealing how even life’s darkest battles can become guiding lights for others. Through personal testimony, frontline experiences, family, ministry, advocacy, and unwavering faith in God’s grace, this book shares how pain can be transformed into purpose and wounds into a witness.

This project has been years in the making, filled with prayer, research, reflection, and perseverance. My hope is that every reader will be encouraged to never give up, to stand for justice, to protect children, and to trust that God can still bring light into the hardest seasons of life.

When your children grow into successful adults, and you can look on with a bright and proud smile at all they have accomplished, there is a feeling words can barely capture. As a father, I couldn’t be prouder of all three of my children. Watching them grow, mature, and become who they are today has been one of the greatest blessings of my life.

This book is not only my testimony, but also a tribute to them. My prayer is that God continues to provide for them, guide them, and bless my wife and me with the joy of watching them walk in His Spirit and grace for many years to come.

It is truly amazing how God weaves every chapter of our lives together to shape who we become. Through every trial, victory, lesson, and season, His hand has remained faithful. When we trust Him and follow His Word, He leads us exactly where we are meant to be.

A lot is happening this May as we kick off another month of our S.W.a.T. Podcast, seminars, summits, and—after three years of writing, researching, and reflecting—the editing and layout process of my first book.

This Saturday, I’ll be in Wilmington, Delaware speaking at a Mental Health Summit on the topic of child abuse, alongside many inspiring panelists and advocates. I hope you’ll tune in to the Facebook Live event if you’re unable to attend in person.

Then on Sunday, wherever you listen to podcasts, join us for Sunday Worship and Talk with Art & John as we welcome Ohio’s own, Lynn Wellman, Founder of Stop Feeding the Predators.
