Now I as well enough to begin posting again.

This is an educational website that explores the factors like leg fatigue that limit endurance sports, the mechanisms that result in these factors, and the ways you can improve your personal endurance performance.

Karl Weiser is going to help me with editing again.
And the next project will be about "Recent Experiences with Leg Fatigue" especially as I walked down a trail from a German destroyed castle. My son, Craig, loaned me his elbow so my legs wouldn't collapse so much. Stay Tuned!!

A year and three months ago, I tripped while catching up to Anne as she hike along the Wissahickon Creek and crashed, no forward somersault. Well I severely wrapped my left forarm bones around my upper arm bone. That dislocation also crashed my web page blogging. Flareups of my Lymn's Disease and associated chronic fatigue did not help. Now I am getting some ideas about being endurance fit using relatively high intensity interval training and also pacing fairly easy and somewhat harder exercise sessions. Stay tuned
