Yesterday, Ryan’s Military Club hosted their first-ever Beachside for the Brave fundraiser! 🇺🇸
The day kicked off with a Travis Manion Workout of the Day — 7 rounds of a 0.25-mile run and 29 squats 💪. In the afternoon, they held a Spikeball tournament and sold t-shirts to help reach their $1,000 fundraising goal!

They all crushed the workout and had a blast at the tournament! 👏🔥
