We don’t do a lot of Chicken in comps. GBA is usually all pork. That being said, We were in Sam’s Club yesterday, and looking for some chicken thighs to get some practice in for a coming comp. I Looked all over for the thighs, and one of the meat department employees showed me where they were. Sam’s started Vacuum sealing them. I don’t know how I feel about that, it seems it might be hard to get the skin to lay right on the thighs. I don’t know, but I think we will stick to using Publix chicken thighs
