Greetings Leaders:
Example of a leader # 1
Plain language,
A great leader needs to contain the desire for interactions with people and the perceptions that each individual contains. You don’t cut off one individual because you do not agree with their perception. Instead, you foster that perception knowing that you can learn and obtain another perspective. Reality is subject by one’s perception, and when the leader opens their minds and doors to new perceptions, they have gained the ability to lead within those new found perceptions and those people involved feel the relevance of their contributions and ideas ultimately creating a team.
Simplified further,
Enjoy interactions and accept we do not all see life through the same lens (lens means the focus point of reality). If one wishes to lead and create a strong team, learn to accept other ways of seeing reality (lifestyle and culture = perception).
