When we close early, it’s definitely for a greater cause! 💚
Today, our KLA staff spent time discussing personal and professional goals. They also completed “About Me” posters that highlighted who they are outside of being teachers and caregivers.
Dr. Tarver presented a PowerPoint on financial success and gifted each staff member a budget planner to help them set goals and stay on track. We enjoyed delicious refreshments, discussed what’s working and what needs adjusting at the daycare, and reviewed important safety plans.
We are so grateful for our KLA staff, they are truly more than staff, they are family! 🫶✨
