The Phelps Community Center Before & After School Program is now accepting registrations for the upcoming 🏫 school year.

We offer so much more than childcare:
✨ OFCS-licensed staff
🥣 Breakfast before school & healthy afternoon snack, 🥪 Lunch is provided on 1/2 days and recess days
🎨 Daily crafts, games, STEM activities, gym time, and outdoor play
📚 Special programs and activities through our partnership with the Phelps Library, including story time, crafts, and educational enrichment!

💰 Need help with childcare costs? We can help!
We accept DSS Child Care Assistance and if you don’t qualify, offer scholarships of up to $800 per year for full-time care and up to $400 per year for part-time care for qualifying families.

⏰ Space is limited and enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis.
