Lilly Bug's Children's Center is located in the heart of Phelan California! l/Pre-Kindergarten program that establishes a foundation that your children can carry with them as they begin their elementary education while creating memories that last a lifetime. Lilly Bug's Children's Center offers full day care from the hours of 6:00am - 6:00pm. We offer before and after school care and our Infant and Toddler program! If you are interested give us a call to put your child on our waiting list! If you have any questions, please give us a call! We would love to meet you and answer any questions you may have! Call us at (760) 868-6344 to set up a tour! Our tours run anytime after 4pm Tues-Thursday by appointment only. This ensures that someone will be able to assist you with any questions you may have, and to make sure that tours will not take away from the kids in our care.
