Good Morning Heritage parents and partners,


Mrs. Steinmann is in need of some help today for our February PBIS student store. If you are able to help today from 12:00- 1:15 PM, please let the office know. I would like to thank you in advance for your help!


Our rescheduled Father and Daughter dance is this Friday from 5:30 - 8:30 PM. The dance will be held at Quail Valley Middle School. Please let the office know if you need a refund due to the new date. We will also look at the capacity of the dance sign-ups and we may be able to bring in more couples. Remember, the price is 6$ per couple for VIPA members and $8 per couple for non-VIPA members.


Please plan on attending my next Breakfast with the Principal this Friday at 8:15 AM. Our instructional coach, Georgia Moore will be discussing school wide reading efforts and our Accelerated Reader program. Everyone is welcome to attend!


Finally, we have a minimum day this Thursday so please be patient with our busier than normal drop-off and pick-up times.

Heritage Father/Daughter Dance Rescheduled

The Father-Daughter Dance rescheduled date is Friday, March 3rd! The dance will still be held at Quail Valley Middle School from 5:30 - 8:30 PM. Refunds are available so please let the Heritage office staff know so we can forward your information to the Dance Committee.

I am very aware that rescheduling any event is difficult for families so I want thank you in advance for your understanding!

Good Morning Heritage parents and partners,

Tomorrow is a Minimum Day.

We hope to have a big crowd this Friday night for the Father and Daughter Dance. It starts at 5:30 PM at Quail Valley Middle School.

Thank you to all parents who have taken the parent feedback survey. I have attached the information in this email one more time for your reference. The survey window will close this Friday, February 17th.

We have another Box Top competition ending this Friday! One elementary classroom and one middle school classroom will have a party celebrating their success! Please turn in all Box Tops on the designated form by the end of the day on Friday!

Finally, there will be a VIPA meeting on Wednesday, February 22nd starting at 6:30 PM in our Multipurpose Room.

Be sure to check out the VIPA Holiday Shoppe all next week in room 4! We could use some extra parent help so please sign up in the front office tomorrow.

Please mark your calendar for our December 7th Book Fair evening! We want you to join us at Barnes and Noble at the Victor Valley Mall to be a part of our fun that includes guest readers and other activities from 3:00 – 9:00 PM! Proceeds from the in-store and online purchases will help to support our library! Come on out to join our fun!

I have a final message for our Middle School students and parents-
The ASB dance is today after school starts at 3:30 PM and ends at 5:30 PM. All students are expected to be picked up at 5:30 PM. If they are picked up later than 5:45 PM, they will not attend the next dance. Please note this policy change and help to support your students and our staff by making arrangements for a prompt pick up. All students are expected to wear dress code appropriate attire to the dance.

This Wednesday is our regular VIPA meeting at 6:30 PM in our Multipurpose Room. We are rewarding you for your attendance with a cookie party and refreshments!
In addition to our normal meeting activities, we are having our Holiday Boutique starting at 3:00 PM and ending around 6:30 PM! We will have vendors and you get a raffle ticket for attending and for each purchase that you make. Please come out and support our vendors and get some of your holiday shopping finished!

I will also be hosting my next Breakfast with the Principal this Friday at 8:15 AM in our Multipurpose Room. All parents are invited to attend!

We need some parent help for today and for next week!
Mrs. Steinmann is hosting the month end PBIS store today from 12:00 – 1:15 PM and could use a few parent volunteers to help.
