Samuel is one of our Daycare children 🙏🙏🙏 with permission from Mom to post we would like it if we can get lots of prayers or even some donations for him, to lift his spirit ❤️It would be very much appreciated. (From mom….)Today is the 4 week mark since Samuel’s spinal stroke. There has been a lot of ups and downs and emotions are sky high with all of our families but we continue to be strong for him. He’s only 6 and he has been through more than a lot of us have. I do pray my baby never remembers this part of his life, the scary part of this that is, and continues to get stronger every day.
Since being here at Loma Linda my son talks, he will mouth the words to you, he will shake his head no or nod for yes to a question you ask him. His sensation in his arms and hands are stronger than ever. He even moved his right fingers today for the first time and I cried with joy. His leg sensations come and go but I do believe and pray they will stay and he will walk again. My son is strong and I’m so proud of him. He is scared but who wouldn’t be, his life is completely upside down right now. But we continue to be positive and tell him everything is going to take time. He will be strong again. Heck he’s strong now but he will be stronger.
