As temperatures rise, so does the risk of heat-related illness in children. Knowing the warning signs can help you act quickly and keep your child safe.
Watch for:
💧 Excessive sweating or no sweating at all
🌡️ Hot, flushed skin
😴 Fatigue or unusual sleepiness
🤢 Nausea or vomiting
😵 Dizziness, confusion, or fainting
💓 Rapid heartbeat
Keep kids hydrated, dress them in lightweight clothing, and take frequent breaks in the shade or indoors. If symptoms become severe or your child is difficult to wake, seek medical attention right away.
Your child's health is always worth protecting. 💙
