PSJA Buckner Building Blocks Academy Opening during the 2025-26 school year, the PSJA Buckner Building Blocks Academy is the latest addition to PSJA ISD's renowned early childhood program.

📢 EARLY DISMISSAL – PARENT REMINDER 📢

Dear Building Blocks Academy Families,

We understand that doctor appointments are sometimes necessary during the school day. If your child has a doctor’s appointment later in the afternoon, please remember that the latest pickup time is 2:30 PM. ⏰

This allows our staff time to safely close gates and begin dismissal preparations.

💙 Please remember:
✅ Schedule appointments earlier in the day when possible.
✅ Notify the front office in advance.
✅ Have your ID ready when picking up your child.

We are so excited to welcome our Building Blocks Academy students back! 💙❤️ Please help us start the school year off right by reviewing these important reminders:

💚 Walking to the Classroom
Parents may walk their child to the classroom ONLY during the first 2 days of school. Please keep drop-off quick to help our students adjust and feel comfortable.

🚗 After-School Pick Up
• Parents must remain in their vehicles.
• No parking in designated pick-up areas.
• Students will be brought directly to their vehicles.
• Please have your car tag clearly visible.

🎒 Please make sure your child has:
👕 An extra change of clothes
💧 A labeled water bottle
🛏️ Sleeping mat for PK3 students
🩲 Pull-ups, if needed
👔 School uniform

🥈 Coming in at a very close 2nd place, our office and custodial staff… 👏🏼🎉

Our BBA teams brought the creativity, energy, and fun to our Back-to-School TikTok Challenge! 📱🎶

It was such a great way for our 3 BBAs to come together as ONE BBA family, laugh, collaborate, and let a little loose after a busy week of trainings! 💙💚💛
