CONGRATULATIONS, MR. ALEJANDRO SANCHEZ-MENDOZA!
We are incredibly proud to celebrate our outstanding Special Education Teacher, Mr. Alejandro Sanchez-Mendoza, on being selected as a Track 1 participant in Cohort 14 of Teach For America’s Rural School Leadership Academy (RSLA)!
Mr. Sanchez was selected from an exceptionally strong group of educators and leaders from rural communities across the country. His selection recognizes his leadership, commitment to place, and belief in what is possible for students and communities.
At Graciela Garcia Elementary, we are fortunate to have a school full of educators (mostly identified as Master teachers by the state of Texas) who bring that same passion, dedication, and belief to our students every day.
Congratulations, Mr. Sanchez-Mendoza! We are so proud of you and excited to see the impact you will continue to make as a leader in education!
