Yesterday, we kicked off our Saddle Up for Success Mentoring Program with the Pharr Police Department Mounted Patrol! 🐎🚨

Senior Officer Segura, along with Officers Salinas and Soto, spent time with our students introducing themselves, sharing the goals of the program, and beginning to build meaningful connections.

This mentorship program provides students with an opportunity to develop positive relationships with local law enforcement officers while learning valuable lessons about leadership, responsibility, perseverance, decision-making, and personal growth.

Through conversations, activities, and hands-on experiences, our students will have the opportunity to see the people behind the badge and learn how the choices they make today can help shape their future. 📈

We are grateful to the Pharr Police Department Mounted Patrol for investing their time, experience, and heart into our students. We are excited to see where this journey takes us as we continue to saddle up, build connections, and ride toward success!

🎃🎉📚 Literacy Night Success! 📚🎉🎃

Yesterday we had our Literacy Night and had tons of fun! A big thank you to the Pharr Public Library and local author, Erica Castillo, for joining us in offering library cards and story time to our students and parents.

Special shoutout to our RLA teachers, Mrs. Olivas and Mrs. Sanchez, along with our librarian, Ms. Simons, for hosting.

Yesterday we celebrated the incredible coaches who do so much more than teach the game.

From building confidence and character to encouraging teamwork, perseverance, and school pride, our coaches make a lasting impact on our student-athletes every day.
