Today at ACTRGV, our goal was simple: connect, encourage, celebrate, and strengthen our team! ❤️💙
We took a little time away from our busy schedules to celebrate Dolly Parton’s “9 to 5” and recognize the dedication, hard work, and heart that our team brings to ACTRGV every single day.

Through team-building activities, laughter, appreciation, and a little Dolly-inspired fun, we were reminded that great teams are built on trust, support, collaboration, and a shared purpose.

Our work is about more than what happens from “8””9” to 5. It’s about the impact we make in the lives of our candidates and the future educators we help prepare. 🍎📚

Our PSJA Residents are hard at work, taking full advantage of the intentional learning opportunities built into the PSJA Residency Program! 💙
Today, our Residents spent the day diving deep into Science of Reading content objectives—strengthening their knowledge, sharpening their instructional practices, and building the skills they need to make a meaningful impact in their classrooms. 📖🔍

Starting the 2026-2027 academic year with a great group of future Substitute Teachers as they competed their 1 and a half day training. The training prepares them to enter classrooms with tools, skill sets, techniques and strategies. Mist importantly, they take background knowledge that helps get to the root cause for behavior.
