Dear Picasso Parents,

Join us for our upcoming **Parent Plática: Building a Safe, Respectful & Responsible Online Community!📱💬

Together with our Principal, Mrs. Martinez, Picasso parent Mrs. Brenda Lopez, and our Campus Parent Liaison, we will discuss how to help our children navigate social media safely, protect their privacy, communicate respectfully, and develop healthy online habits.

📅 ENGLISH SESSION: Monday, October 19, 2026

⏰ Time: 8:30–9:30 AM

📍 Location: Picasso Elementary Cafeteria

🎁 **SPECIAL OPPORTUNITY!** The first 20 parents to register will have an interactive moment with their child during the event and participate in a raffle!

🚨 **IMPORTANT REGISTRATION REMINDER:**

We will be hosting **TWO SEPARATE SESSIONS**, one in English and one in Spanish, on different dates.

✅ English Session: October 19

✅ Spanish Session: October 26

Both sessions will take place from 8:30–9:30 AM.

In celebration of National Book Month, students are invited to dress up as their favorite book character on Friday, October 30th!

Costumes must represent a character from a book and promote reading. No scary Halloween or bloody costumes are allowed.

Please label your child’s costume with the book title and author, and make sure the label is clearly visible.

Let’s bring our favorite stories to life! 📖✨
