🌟 Fifth grade is starting strong with iReady Math!
Congratulations to Bradley Castillo and John Mejia for being recognized as top students in iReady Math! Mrs. Gonzalez and Mr. Martinez celebrated their hard work with a small reward and well-deserved recognition.
A huge thank-you to our fifth-grade teachers for checking students’ progress and celebrating their accomplishments! Every student’s progress matters, and we’re excited to see all of our fifth graders continue practicing, reaching their goals, and growing in math.

⛳️ Mr. Mata’s class wrapped up a hard-working week with some mini golf fun! Students practiced control and precision while learning about good sportsmanship and how to win and lose gracefully. Great job, everyone! 👏

🌿🔍 Learning beyond the classroom! Mrs. Guajardo’s students explored the garden area to discover patterns in nature while connecting reading, science, and math. 🌱📚🔢 Through observation, discussion, and hands-on exploration, our 3rd graders strengthened their ability to identify, describe, and explain patterns in the natural world. They learned that patterns are all around us and that we can use skills from different subjects to better understand the world we live in! 🌎✨

🌿🔍 ¡Aprendiendo más allá del salón de clases! Los estudiantes del salón de Mrs. Guajardo exploraron el área del jardín para descubrir secuencias y características que se repiten en la naturaleza, mientras conectaban la lectura, las ciencias y las matemáticas. 🌱📚🔢 A través de la observación, el diálogo y la exploración práctica, nuestros estudiantes de 3er grado aprendieron a identificar, describir y explicar las semejanzas, diferencias y características que observaban en su entorno. ¡Una excelente manera de conectar lo aprendido en diferentes materias con el mundo que los rodea! 🌎✨
