We're excited to be celebrating our teachers this week!

Water safety requires layers of protection.
No single step is enough. Combine barriers, awareness and preparation to help keep everyone safe.

✔ Fence all pools. Little kids move fast.
Install barriers with self-closing, self-latching gates to prevent unsupervised access.
✔ Stay away from drains.
Suction from pool and spa drains can trap both children and adults.
✔ Watch the water at all times.
Supervision is your strongest line of defense.
✔ Teach kids to swim and build confidence early.

Because we care, we encourage every household to take a layered approach to water safety this spring.

We’re enrolling for the Fall! If you’re looking for a way for your child to socialize we may be a great fit for you! Our Mother’s Day Out program has a few openings! We offer a two-day program on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm at Tree of Life Church in Pflugerville for ages 1-5. Our teachers are wonderful and our ratios are low. Pflugerville ISD continues to monitor weather and road conditions as we determine the best decision for student and staff safety for tomorrow, Jan. 27.
While no further precipitation is expected today, the extreme cold means that already icy roadways may remain dangerous overnight and into tomorrow.
We will continue coordinating with weather and safety experts, and we will share the final details this afternoon. Thank you, and stay safe.

This morning our Public Works teams have been treating roads with sand in troubled and less traveled areas. The sun is helping and overpasses are open but you should avoid travel if possible. Many roads are still icy and refreezing is likely to occur overnight.

We treasure the hearts entrusted to us here at TOLC Mother's Day Out! The purpose of this program is to provide each child with experiences that grow and lead them to God's love with biblical concepts appropriate for a preschooler's understanding in a safe and caring environment. Through our team we provide each family with assurance that their dear little one is well tended to while also creating a network of support, encouragement, and love.

Without such supporting families throughout the years this program would be just another "daycare". Thank you to all our dedicated teachers and parents for your commitments to making this program the special place it is here in the community.
