Mark your calendars parents of incoming C**ts! 6th grade camp will be held on August 4. It's a great opportunity for our new 6th graders to meet some of their teachers and get to know the layout of the school. We hope to see all of our new C**ts there!

The Spring Band Concert yesterday evening was awesome! The hours of practice and hard work definitely paid off. The Cele C**t bands under the direction of Brian Edwards, Allegra Wolff, and Scott Randall brought the house down. Well played, C**ts! 🎶

Teacher Appreciation Week is this week! We are fortunate to have a PTO and a Community that shows appreciation and support in so many ways, and our staff will definitely be feeling some love this week. 💕

A simple note, or message to a teacher from a parent or student, expressing encouragement or recognition, truly means the world and makes a lasting impression in ways you may not realize. Should you find a moment during this busy time of year to reach out to one of our staff members this week, it will be appreciated more than you know.

Today is National School Principals' Day and we're celebrating our pfantastic principal, Mr. Ben O'Connor! 🎉

Mr. O’Connor is the heart of our school—greeting students each morning and sharing daily announcements. We see him frequently throughout the day, interacting with and supporting students and staff. He shows up for our community time and time again, attending sports games, concerts, performances, and special events, like the Visual Arts Show yesterday.

We are so grateful for his dedication, leadership, and the genuine care he shows our students and staff every single day. Thank you, Mr. O’Connor, for all you do for Cele! 💕

We hope that many of you were able to stop by Cele yesterday to attend the Visual Arts Show and enjoy some amazing artwork created by our students in classes taught by Noemi Morphis, Melissa Ross, and Jaclyn Hefley. We are so proud of our talented students who were recognized as Junior VASE award winners! 🎨👏

Junior VASE (Visual Arts Scholastic Event) is a statewide competition through the Texas Art Education Association that celebrates outstanding student artwork. Our students participated in a regional event where they presented their work and were interviewed by certified jurors—an impressive accomplishment!

Congratulations to these incredible young artists for their creativity, hard work, and dedication! 🌟
