Once a Hawk, Always a Hawk: Susan Thompson
Ms. Thompson has been the heart behind the inclusion movement at HHS. She believed every student deserved a place to belong, to be celebrated, and to experience all that high school has to offer. Through her passion and determination, she ensured her students were included in every aspect of Hawk life and inspired others to do the same.
Her impact reaches far beyond the classroom, and her mission will continue to live on at Hendrickson. Thank you for showing us what it truly means to say, “I Say Yes!”

Ms. Rendon’s knowledge of HHS is truly unmatched. As one of the original staff members who helped open the school, she has been a constant source of support for staff, students, and families throughout the years. Her dedication, experience, and willingness to help others have made a lasting impact on Hawk Nation.

Ms. Lawrence is a founding faculty member whose impact on Hendrickson will be felt for years to come. An incredible art teacher, she has a unique ability to connect with every student, embrace any challenge, and inspire creativity in the classroom. Students leave her class not only with artistic skills but with a newfound appreciation for art and self-expression.
