The last time we did this trail, we almost died, lol. We didn't hydrate, it was in the middle of summer, and we were carrying 25-pound and 45-pound packs, respectively. I won't really suggest it. This time it was great; way cooler!

Another day off, another day spent working! We were checking out this gas station/convenience store as a possible addition to our portfolio. It certainly has a great cash flow but requires a lot of attention. We’ll keep you all posted if it makes the cut!
