3 DAYS UNTIL RECITAL - CHECK IN & CHECK OUT PROCEDURES

✨ IMPORTANT REMINDER FOR RECREATIONAL DANCERS ONLY 💚

Upon check-in, both parents and dancers will receive matching color wristbands based on your dancer’s performance schedule:

💚 GREEN BAND
Dancers with only ONE performance.
They will be released every 5 numbers through the LEFT door in front of the stage (as you face the stage). An announcement will be made before release.

💛 YELLOW BAND
Dancers performing AGAIN but NOT needing a costume change.
They will remain backstage until their next performance.

❤️ RED BAND
Dancers performing AGAIN and needing a costume change.
Moms with RED bands will be allowed backstage to assist with costume changes.

Additional reminders:
✨ Arrive on time
✨ Keep costumes clean and organized
✨ Cheer for ALL dancers
✨ Please listen carefully for announcements throughout the show

FALTAN 3 DÍAS PARA EL RECITAL: PROCEDIMIENTOS DE REGISTRO Y SALIDA

✨ RECORDATORIO IMPORTANTE (SOLO PARA BAILARINES RECREATIVOS) 💚

Al momento del registro, tanto los padres como los bailarines recibirán pulseras de un color específico, asignadas según el horario de actuación de su bailarín:

💚 PULSERA VERDE
Bailarines con solo UNA actuación.
Serán entregados cada 5 números a través de la puerta IZQUIERDA situada frente al escenario (mirando de cara al escenario). Se realizará un anuncio antes de la entrega.

💛 PULSERA AMARILLA
Bailarines que vuelven a actuar, pero que NO necesitan cambiarse de vestuario.
Permanecerán tras bastidores hasta su siguiente actuación.

❤️ PULSERA ROJA
Bailarines que vuelven a actuar Y necesitan cambiarse de vestuario.
Se permitirá el acceso tras bastidores a las madres con pulseras ROJAS para ayudar con los cambios de vestuario.

Recordatorios adicionales:
✨ Lleguen a tiempo
✨ Mantengan los vestuarios limpios y ordenados
✨ Animen a TODOS los bailarines
✨ Por favor, presten mucha atención a los anuncios que se realicen durante el espectáculo
