Well done to our 2nd grade students for their playful examinations of proverbial sayings. Mrs. Mosteller and Mrs. Gossage had them prepared, and the presentations were delightful.

Thank you for making this year’s Liberty Tree Academy Fall Festival our best one yet.

What a great day of community, celebration, laughter, and time spent together. From the activities and contests to the vendors, food, music, silent auction, and everything in between, it was incredible to see so many LTA families and community members come together.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make today possible. Thanks to our staff, volunteers, vendors, families, students, and everyone who gave their time and energy to make the festival such a success.

Days like today are a great reminder of what makes the Liberty Tree Academy community so special.

Thank you for showing up, supporting our school, and making this year’s Fall Festival one to remember.

Today, our sixth graders participated in the UC Health Trauma Prevention for Schools (TIPS I) program. It gives good real world context for their study of science. The students learned so much and enjoyed the program immensely.

We are so grateful for the medical professionals who gave up their mornings to instruct our sixth graders through interactive sessions on body systems and emergency response.

Our all-school assembly today featured House Jefferson, one of our four upper school houses. The house motto, drawn from Thomas Jefferson and the classical tradition is Sapere Aude, or Dare to Know. Taking this motto to heart, these students presented on Music and the American Founding, highlighting the Baroque and early Classical Period.

They engaged younger students with audio clips, including a fife and drum rendition of Yankee Doodle. Jefferson House was the first house to present this year. We are very proud of these students. Thank you for leading the way!
