St. Thérèse reminds us that holiness doesn’t always look extraordinary.

It can look like patience with your spouse.
A bedtime prayer with your child.
Choosing forgiveness when it’s difficult.
Serving your family when no one notices.
Doing one small thing with great love.

Her “Little Way” is a beautiful reminder for every family: we don’t have to do great things to become saints—we can love greatly in the little things.

For Jack and Jessica, those conversations are already bearing beautiful fruit: a deeper understanding of the Sacrament of Marriage, a desire to keep God at the center of their future family, and even a new openness to the Catholic faith.

Today we celebrate Saints Michael, Gabriel, and Raphael — three archangels, three beautiful reminders of the ways God cares for His people.

🛡️ Michael — strength when we face spiritual battles.
🕊️ Gabriel — courage to hear God’s call and say yes.
❤️ Raphael — healing and companionship along the journey.

Marriage. Parenthood. Family life. Vocation.

None of it is meant to be lived without God’s help.

Today, we ask the Archangels to intercede for the couples and families we serve — that their homes may be places of faith, healing, courage, and love.

Today we remember St. Lorenzo Ruiz—a husband, father, and man of deep faith whose ordinary family life ultimately became an extraordinary witness to Christ.

His life reminds us of something at the heart of our mission at Agapè Catholic Ministries:

Today, on the Feast of St. Padre Pio, perhaps his simple words are exactly what our families need to hear:

“Pray, hope, and don’t worry.”

For the marriage carrying a burden.
For the parent worried about a child.
For the family facing an uncertain future.
For all of us trying to surrender a little more and trust God a little deeper.

Today, let’s place our families in God’s hands.

Faith formation doesn't happen only inside the walls of a parish.

It happens around dinner tables.
In bedtime prayers.
In the way spouses forgive one another.
In the promises parents make at Baptism.
And in the conversations that help young people discover who God is calling them to become.

At Agapè Catholic Ministries, we are grateful to partner with parishes and families through these important moments.

“Follow Me.” — Matthew 9:9

Jesus didn’t hand Matthew a checklist.

He encountered him. He called him personally. And that encounter changed everything.

That’s something we believe deeply at Agapè Catholic Ministries: formation is most powerful when it is personal.

Whether we are preparing a couple for Marriage, parents and godparents for Baptism, or a young woman for her Quinceañera, we want each person to be accompanied—not simply moved through a program.

Because ultimately, every Sacrament and every season of formation points toward the same invitation Christ gave Matthew:

Follow Me.

When living your faith together is something to celebrate. ❤️

Meet Lucy & Austin! As they work through their Marriage Prep course, they reached the point where we invite our engaged couples to make and sign an abstinence pledge—a commitment to honor God, one another, and the sacredness of the Sacrament they are preparing to enter.

And just look at those smiles! 😊

Marriage preparation isn't simply about getting ready for a wedding day. It’s about learning to make intentional choices together that help build a Christ-centered marriage for a lifetime.

Today, on the Feast of Our Lady of Sorrows, we remember a mother who knew what it was to hurt for her child.

Mary knew worry.
She knew uncertainty.
She knew helplessness.
She knew the ache of watching her Son suffer and not being able to take that suffering away.

Moms, she gets it. ❤️

The sorrow you carry for your children—the prayers that seem unanswered, the choices you cannot control, the struggles you cannot fix, the worries that keep you awake—Mary understands a mother’s heart.

Today, place those sorrows in her hands.

Ask Our Lady of Sorrows to carry them with you and to lead you, and your children, closer to her Son.
