The district currently contains nine elementary schools, three middle schools, three high schools, one alternative middle and high school and a blended-learning online academy, as well as several charter schools. It offers early childhood programs, special education inclusion, gifted and talented programs, vocational career academies, as well as maintain a working relationship with Pikes Peak Community College. The PEAK program has a new home at the D49 Student Success Center!

The new location gives PEAK students a chance to learn in a fully functional school. For the first time ever, the students have access to a cafeteria, a full sized gym and a library.
