Another Throwback (back, way back) Thursday:
Abraham and Eva Siebert (with others). Not sure when the photo was taken, but we know that Abraham passed away on April 26, 1918 at the age of 75.
Learn more about the Siebert Family and their homestead by following the outer loop trail to the right and taking the spur trail on the left at the top of the ridge OR read the resources and memoirs on reserve at the NCMC Library.

SNOWSHOE ADVENTURE AT NORTH CENTRAL
Saturday, February 21 10 a.m. to noon

The 3-mile snowshoe adventure will be led by Petoskey Regional Audubon Society members Darrell Lawson and Lisa Hoyt. They will help identify birds seen on the trip and will have loaner binoculars available.

Bearcub Outfitters will have snowshoes available for people to use for free. The event begins at 10 a.m. and will end at noon.

Participants will meet at the entrance to the Natural Area (southeast corner of Health Education and Science Center Parking Lot on the North Central Campus).

This family friendly event is free and open to the public. No pets and no smoking.
