We are Petersburg ISD!

For our first HUDDLE of the year, HS & JH students participated in a “Find Someone Who” bingo card game that had them moving around and talking to each other, especially those they may not talk to on a regular basis.

This helped build connections among our student body.

We are stronger together.
Different passions, Same Buffalo Heart!

Students were then reminded of tips to make this an AMAZING year!

- Sit up straight in class
- Use your manners. Yes, Ma’am, No, Ma’am, Please & Thank you go a long way.
- Turn your homework in.
- Manage your time wisely.
- Show up for you!

- Work hard & Don’t give up!
- To have friends, you have to be a friend.
- No matter what kind of day you had, always land on GRATITUDE.

Senior/Parent Night 2026-2027

Seniors participated in a Reality Check activity where they had to pay for housing, food, transportation, childcare, and clothing. This eye-opening activity helped set the stage for their next steps as they set themselves up for post secondary success.

Our 2025-2026 Student Council Officers welcomed faculty and staff back to school with a hydrating surprise! This group of Executive Officers have been incredible. As they finish up their final duties for the past year, we want to thank them for what they have done for all of our students and staff. Their leadership is a reflection of the Pride, Integrity, Strength, and Determination they show in all things at school.
