We have a new family moving into our community, and this is a wonderful opportunity to surround them with the kindness, generosity, and Bulldog spirit that makes Petersburg and Summerfield Schools so special.

Take a look at the difference! 👀

Thanks to our Energy Bond Project, we’ve upgraded the lighting in our high school gym from older fixtures to new, energy-efficient LED lighting. The transformation is easy to see—and the benefits go far beyond brighter lights.

The new LED lighting:
✔️ Improves visibility for students, athletes, and spectators
✔️ Uses less energy, helping reduce operating costs
✔️ Requires less maintenance and has a longer lifespan
✔️ Creates a brighter, more welcoming environment for school events

This project is one of many improvements being made through our Energy Bond, allowing us to modernize our facilities while investing in long-term energy savings. Be on the lookout for more energy bond project updates!
